PUBLICITY AND CONSULTATION BEFORE APPLYING FOR PLANNING PERMISSION. NOTICE UNDER ARTICLES 2C AND 2D OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING
(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012
The David J.P.Morgan R.I.B.A. Architectural Practice has been instructed by the BMA SSAS to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed redevelopment of the above site. Notice is herein given that the BMA SSAS is intending to apply for planning permission to Carmarthenshire County Council, for the following development;
Demolition of the former Jolly Tar Public House and its ancillary structures, and replacement by a new building which will provide three floors of office accommodation, together with a lower ground floor for related storage purposes.
The proposed application, plans, and supplementary supporting documents are available for inspection online at jollytar.wales, Computer facilities and a paper copy are available to view at Carmarthen Library, St. Peters Street, Carmarthen, SA31 1LN, between the hours of 9am – 7pm on Mondays and Thursdays, 9am – 6pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. The library is closed on Sundays.
